The hotel is clean and the room is brand new. The venue staff is friendly and very attentive. Its central location is favorable. You can walk to Kok Tobe park. There is a good restaurant. This is a hotel go-to for Almaty!

Truly enjoyed how lovely the property was. We booked a brand-new and fabulous room with mountain view. The breakfast was great with salads and the coffee machine, you will not be disappointed...

The hotel was lovely, truly enjoyed the mountian view from our a double room. Efficient and excellent staff gave advice on things to do. The room we had included cable channels, a writing table, and ironing facilities. The breakfast always had great and outstanding choices. The free parking was outside, good service. The setting of venue was favourable, in a really pretty area of Almaty. Everything was simply good!

Enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially while watching skiers and snowboarders on the slopes. Had a relaxing massage at the spa. Convenient on-site dining options.

The paid airport shuttle was such a steal, just like the outrageous prices for the food in the 3 fancy restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the main center of the city. Its location is perfect, very close to the city center and right at the heart of Almaty. The views from my room, especially of the mountains, were breathtaking. The hotel staff were excellent and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered.

Liked the Location & Breakfast, Great View! The hotel is situated in a key location in the heart of the city and it was very convenient to move around and explore different areas. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety to satisfy all different tastes. The best part about the room was the stunning view of the city and the mountains beyond. It was so relaxing to sit by the large window and take it all in.

Dislikes the Noise & Outdated Rooms. The biggest issue was the noise level, as there was a lot of outside noise which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of bread and pastries, and we loved the rooms with a view of the mountains.
